What I offer
Alignment coaching, energy work, tarot readings, guided meditations, free lessons and courses, as described on each page of this website.
Please read: this is not medical or psychological care
My work supports your wellbeing and self-understanding. It is not therapy, counselling, medical care or a diagnosis, and it does not replace the care of a doctor, psychologist or other licensed professional. Please continue any treatment you are receiving. If you are in crisis or in danger, contact your local emergency services right away.
Tarot readings are offered for reflection. They do not predict the future, and decisions remain yours. The free AI lessons are for learning and general information only.
Booking and sessions
Sessions take place online (Zoom) or by phone at the agreed time. If you need to cancel or move a session, please let me know at least 24 hours before. You can move a session once at no cost. Sessions cancelled later than 24 hours before, or missed, count as used. If something truly urgent happens, write to me: I will always listen with kindness. If I ever need to cancel, I will offer you a new time or a full refund for that session.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros on each page. Payment is made securely through Stripe before the session or programme begins. For programmes such as The Path Within, the page states whether the price is for the whole programme or per month.
The Open Door is offered on a pay what you can basis, as my giving commitment.
Refunds and your right to withdraw
If you live in the European Union, you usually have 14 days to change your mind about an online purchase. When you ask for a session or programme to begin within those 14 days, you agree that, if you then withdraw, you will pay for the part already received. Once a service has been fully delivered, it can no longer be withdrawn.
For digital content you receive straight away, such as a paid meditation, you agree when buying that delivery starts immediately, and you understand that the right of withdrawal ends once the download or listening begins.
My refund promise, in simple words:
- Single sessions: a full refund if you cancel 24 hours or more before the session.
- The Path Within (three months): within the first 14 days, a refund for the sessions not yet used. After that, refunds are not possible, but you may pause the programme once.
- Tarot readings: once the reading has been given, it cannot be refunded.
- Paid meditations: once listening or downloading has begun, they cannot be refunded.
- The Open Door: you pay what you can, so there is nothing to refund.
Your responsibility
You remain responsible for your choices, actions and results during and after our work together. I offer my care and experience honestly; I cannot promise a specific outcome.
My content
The texts, meditations, lessons, images and designs on this website are my work. You are warmly welcome to use them for your own personal growth. Please do not copy, sell or share them publicly without my written permission. Sharing a link to a page is always welcome.
Liability
I take great care with everything I offer. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect loss, or for decisions you make based on a session, reading, meditation or lesson. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law.
Privacy
How I care for your personal information is explained on the Privacy Policy page.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. If something feels wrong, please write to me first: most things can be solved with a kind conversation. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on the day you book or buy is the one that applies to you.
